Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to visit your office to use accounting services?

No. Most clients share documents via WhatsApp or email. For initial setup, a one-time in-person or video call meeting is preferred. Monthly work is handled remotely.

Do you use Tally? Can I access my Tally data?

Yes, we use Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime. We can either maintain the Tally data file on your computer (with remote access) or on ours. You will always have full access to your data on request.

What if I have a backlog of unrecorded transactions?

We offer one-time backlog clearing services where we reconstruct months (or years) of unrecorded transactions from bank statements and available bills. This is charged separately from ongoing monthly fees.

Does the accounting package include ITR filing?

ITR filing is included in Basic and Standard packages for the business entity. Personal ITR for proprietors/directors is a separate add-on service.

What documents do I need to share monthly?

Bank statements (all current accounts), purchase invoices, sales invoices, salary register, and any loan/interest statements. A simple checklist is provided to all clients at onboarding.
